According to a news release, deputies responded to the Kmart in Elkview for a shoplifting incident when Sean Bland, 22, of Elkview, jumped in his car and took off.
Deputies say Bland stole some electronic items from the store.
Investigators followed Bland to his home where they recovered the stolen merchandise, deputies say.
According to the release, Bland is wanted on four felony charges, including two charges of fraudulent use of an access device and two counts of computer fraud.
