Coal truck overturns after driver suffers medical problem

State Troopers say the driver of a coal truck was choking when he lost control of his truck Tuesday morning on U.S. Route 60 in eastern Kanawha County.

Troopers say the driver tried to pull off the highway in the community of London and when he did he lost control and the truck overturned in a roadside ditch.

The driver was not seriously injured.
