South Charleston Police arrested James E. Meddings, 45, in the 5700 block of MacCorkle Avenue
Police say Meddings had several bags of bath salts, meth and four Hydrocodone pills.
They say he also had three digital scales, baggies and needles.
Meddings’ is charged with possession with intent to deliver.
