The director of the state General Services Division has stepped down.
After serving six years as director, David Oliverio abruptly left his job Friday afternoon.
A spokesperson for the Department of Administration said officials are moving in a different direction and will soon choose a new leader.
The General Services Division, which has 105 employees, takes care of state-owned buildings at the state Capitol Complex in Charleston and across West Virginia
