A Kanawha County Dispatcher says the West Virginia State Police canceled the alert about 9:30 a.m. Wednesday after they were found.
State Police issued the alert after they believed Shaina Nicole Tenney and Grace were in "extreme danger." Police believed they were likely abducted by a family member identified as Margel Tenney.
