Huntington Police say the found marijuana in the front room and a meth lab in the bathroom in a house on 28th Street
Claybourne S. Williamson was also arrested.
Both men are charged with operating a clandestine meth lab.
Toppings' bond was set at $100,000.
Williamson's bond was set at $200,000.
