Sunday Postal Service Announced

{Charleston, West Virginia}…U.S. Postal Service officials announced Monday the agency will collect mail on two Sundays before the Christmas holiday in the Charleston area. Mail in ZIP codes from 25301 through 25315 will be collected by 4:00 P.M. December 9th and 16th. Postal Service Appalachian District Manager Larry Wagener says, since a higher than normal mail volume on Mondays is expected during the holidays, postal officials are making the extra collections on Sunday to meet its service standards. Wagener is also urging customers to mail early in the day during the holiday season.
