Man Commits Suicide

{Fort Gay, West Virginia}…West Virginia State Police say 73 year old Charles Endicott of Fort Gay took his life Tuesday when police went to his home to arrest him. Endicott was convicted in Scott County, Kentucky in 1993 of third-degree sexual assault of a 10 year old female and spent 10 years in prison. Police say, during a recent compliance check, Endicott had a gun that he was not permitted to have in his possession.
