Man Sentenced For Fraud


{Huntington, West Virginia}…Abe Eloirzazi, the former owner of the All-In-One store in Huntington, was sentenced Monday to six months in prison, six months home confinement, three years supervised release and was ordered to pay $127,000 in restitution to the U.S. Department of Agriculture. Eloirzazi pleaded guilty in September 2012 to conspiracy to commit food stamp fraud. Eloirzazi, along with two others, admitted that he would swipe the cards of customers while the holders were given 50 to 65 cents on the dollar in cash. Eliorzazi turned over the All-In-One store to the city as a condition of his plea. It has since been demolished.
