Man Pleads Guilty To Child Porn

{Charleston, West Virginia}…Tracey Cooper, 38, of Dawes, in Kanawha County, pleaded guilty in federal court Wednesday to possessing child pornography. He admitted to having more than 600 pictures and videos on his computer of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct in 2011 and using peer-to-peer programs to download and share the images. Cooper faces up to 10 years in prison when sentenced in March.
