Fatal Mining Accident

{Scarboro, West Virginia}...Jeremy Sigler of Nicholas County died in an accident at Alpha Natural Resources' Kingston 1 Mine in Scarboro, in Fayette County, Saturday night. A spokesperson with the Mine Safety and Health Administration says the foreman died when a rib rolled while he was running a continuous mining machine. The mine has been closed while MSHA investigates.
