{Charleston, West Virginia}...Wednesday, 36 year old Timothy Parsons from Comfort, in Boone County, was arraigned in Kanawha County Magistrate Court on two counts of first degree murder and one count of second degree sexual assault. Parsons allegedly killed his wife, 35 year old Leigh Anne Kinder-Parsons of Bloomingrose and her mother, Gloria Sue Kinder, 62, of Lexington, Kentucky, and raped his 15 year old stepdaughter. According to the criminal complaint, the daughter of Kinder-Parsons says she was taking a shower at her family's home in Bloomingrose late Monday night when Gloria Kinder found the body of her daughter, Leigh Anne, whose throat had been cut. Kinder confronted Timothy Parsons and he allegedly tied her up and cut her throat to kill her. The girl says Parsons then showed her the bodies of her mother and grandmother, tied her up and threatened to kill her if she did not have sex with him. She escaped and contacted others for help after Parsons left their home at 9:00 A.M. Tuesday morning. Parsons remains in the South Central Regional Jail without bond.
