Twenty-seven year old Tiffany Lucas of Huntington and her cousin, 28 year old Melissa Lucas of Salt Rock, were sentenced Tuesday in connection to the September burglary at the home of 72 year old Harold Parsons near Salt Rock. Tiffany Lucas, Parsons' cleaning lady, entered a Kennedy Plea to burglary and conspiracy in March, while Melissa Lucas pleaded guilty in February. During their sentencing hearing, Judge Alfred Ferguson told Tiffany Lucas that evidence showed she was the one who planned the burglary then sentenced her to 1 to 15 years and 1 to 5 years in jail to run consecutively. He then sentenced Melissa to 1 to 15 years and 1 to 5 years on home confinement to run consecutively.
