{Charleston, West Virginia}...Charleston Police say 18 year old Joshua McCoy of Princeton was heading west on Kanawha Boulevard near McFarland Street around 4:00 A.M. Friday morning when he crashed his pickup truck over a barrier, causing it to roll down the riverbank and into the Kanawha River, where it became completely submerged. McCoy, who walked away with minor injuries, was charged with driving under the influence.
