{Charleston, West Virginia}...Michael Tincher, 45, of Charleston, was sentenced Wednesday to 21 months in prison and three years of supervised release and ordered to pay restitution for mail fraud. Tincher admitted that, from 2002 through October 2010, he defrauded Sodaro's Electronic Sales, Inc. in Charleston, where he was an employee.
