Police Arrest Michigan Woman

• {Chapmanville, West Virginia}...Chapmanville Police say more arrests are coming after 42 year old Crystal VanNorstrand was arrested for bringing pills from Michigan into the Chapmanville area. Police say VanNorstrand had 589 narcotic pills in her lap when she was pulled over for a traffic violation, and the arresting officer found four bottles containing more than 350 Vicodin pain pills, one bottle containing more than 90 Hydrocodone pills, one bottle containing more than 100 Valiums, one bottle containing 60 Xanax, one bottle containing 20 Forcets and one bottle containing 60 Hydromorphone pills, all with a street value of approximately $4,000. VanNorstrand told police she left Detroit, Mich. hours earlier and was en-route to deliver the pills in exchange for cash. She was charged with possession and intent to deliver a controlled substance.
