{Charleston, West Virginia}...Twenty-nine year old Ethan Chic-Colbert of Charleston was indicted Monday on charges of kidnapping, domestic battery, first degree murder, child neglect resulting in death and three counts of child neglect creating risk of serious bodily injury and death. Police say, in March, Chic-Colbert was a passenger in Lynitrah Woodson's car, along with four children, when he started hitting her. After Woodson stopped the car along Interstate 77 near the Leon Sullivan exit, Chic-Colbert dragged his girlfriend out of the car and continued to beat her. Woodson's son, 11 year old Jahlil Clements, got out of the car and tried to flag down help, but he was struck by a passing car. Jahlil died one day after he was hit. Chic-Colbert is being held on a $100,000 cash bond and will be arraigned May 29th.
