{Huntington, West Virginia}...Comedian Andy Dick was in a Cabell Court courtroom Monday afternoon for a status hearing after being accused of grabbing a bouncer's crotch and groping and kissing a male patron at a Huntington bar in January 2010, while he was in town to perform at the Funny Bone Comedy Club. During the hearing, Judge Paul Farrell ruled, at the request of the both the prosecutor and defense attorney, that Dick be given six months pre-trial diversion. At the end of the six-months, if Dick follows the rules of the diversion order, the charges against him would likely be dropped.
