Man Fires Shotgun During Traffic Stop

{Dunbar, West Virginia}...West Virginia State Police First Class K. L. Adkins, of the South Charleston detachment conducted a routine traffic stop on a vehicle driven by 20 year old Breanna Hall Tuesday on WV 25 in Dunbar for an expired inspection sticker and improper vehicle registration. While the officer was filling out citations, a passenger, 22 year old Malcolm Jamar Hodges, fired a pistol-gripped 12 gauge shotgun into the floorboard of the car. Hall's two children, ages one and two, were also in the car. Hodges was arrested and charged with wanton endangerment. Hall was charged with various traffic violations.
