{Harts, West Virginia}...Brian Lee Maynard, 26, of Harts, has been arrested in connection with a shooting in Lincoln County. Maynard admitted to shooting Fulton Toney in the stomach, leg, and arm Wednesday night after Toney went to Maynard's home in the Upper Mud River area to tell him to turn his car radio down. Police say Maynard grabbed a shotgun out of his vehicle and shot Toney in the feet. Toney then pulled out a gun and began firing a round at Maynard.
