  • {Charleston, West Virginia}...Governor Earl Ray Tomblin left Thursday on his way to Japan for his first 10-day overseas trade mission as the state's chief executive. The mission will include networking receptions in Tokyo and Nagoya. West Virginia has had a trade office in Nagoya since 1990.
