{Mount Olive, West Virginia}...Christopher Cox of Spencer, an inmate at the Mount Olive State Prison in Fayette County, has been indicted on a murder charge. Spencer got into a fight with fellow inmate 30 year old Joseph Braddock of Morgantown in September 2011. Cox is accused of throwing Braddock to the ground and kicking him in the head several times, causing severe trauma. Braddock was flown by helicopter to CAMC General Hospital, where his family took him off life-support and he died from the injuries he suffered. Cox will be arraigned May 21st.
