Couple Charged With Burglary And Child Neglect

{Huntington, West Virginia}...Dustin Ray Ogden and Amanda Grace Morris-Ogden of Huntington are each charged with two counts of burglary and three counts of child neglect. The husband and wife are accused of breaking into a residence Tuesday in an attempt to steal copper pipes while their three young children, ages 5, 2, and 9 months, were left at home nine blocks away unattended.
