{Charleston, West Virginia}...Thomas Paul Sturm, 26, of Charleston, was arraigned Thursday on negligent homicide and leaving the scene of an accident resulting in death. Investigators say Sturm was traveling along Interstate 64 near Cross Lanes in September 2011 when Zachary Hudnall, of Scott Depot, crashed into him, and Sturm took off. Hudnall was taken to the hospital, where he died the next day. During his arraignment, Sturm pleaded not guilty to the charges. The judge set his bond at $20,000 property only. He has until Monday to post it or go to jail. Sturm is scheduled for trial on September 17th.
