{Huntington, West Virginia}...Derrick Walker of Elkview, Jennifer Chapman of Seth and Jeremiah Schuler of Delbarton were in Cabell County Magistrate court for a preliminary hearing Friday in connection with a meth lab bust in a hotel room at the Day's Inn in Barboursville in May. Both Walker and Schuler waived their right to a preliminary hearing, while Chapman had her case continued until June 5th. Investigators say Schuler rented the room to join Chapman and Walker. Each is charged with felony conspiracy. Walker and Chapman are also charged with felony attempt to operate a clandestine drug lab.
