{Charleston, West Virginia}...Nicole Dowd was arraigned Monday on a malicious wounding charge, and a trial was set for June 25th. Charleston Police say, in January, Dowd got into a fight with Rachele Williams after they got off a bus at the Transit Mall on Laidley Street in Charleston, and Dowd stabbed Williams in the right side of the head with a pair of scissors. Dowd was out on a $10,000 bond, but it was revoked because the person who posted it was a bail bondsman and they're not allowed to do so in Kanawha County.
