{Huntington, West Virginia}...Edward "Jessie" Dreyfuse, 45, had his preliminary hearing in Cabell County Magistrate Court Wednesday morning. Dreyfuse is charged with first-degree murder and burglary in the death of 66 year old Otis Clay, a man beaten with a baseball bat at his home on Washington Avenue in Huntington on April 9th. Clay was taken to intensive care after the attack. He remained on life support for several days, but later died of blunt trauma to the head suffering bleeding to the brain. The case is now headed to the grand jury.
