{Wheeling, West Virginia}...Delagate Ryan Ferns, D-Ohio, a member of the West Virginia House of Delegates, announced April 26th he would resign "immediately" after pleading guilty April 23rd to DUI. Friday morning, Ferns announced he'll complete the rest of his term in the House and that he is having second thoughts about an earlier decision not to seek reelection. Ferns was pulled over on National Road by Wheeling police who say Ferns had a blood alcohol content of .229, nearly three times the legal limit. Delagate Ferns' name was on the ballot for reelection in Tuesday's primary, and he advanced to the November general election.
