Mingo County Man Pleads Guilty To Oxycodone Charge

  • {Huntington, West Virginia}...Terry Kevin Steele, 41, of Mingo County, pleaded guilty Monday in federal court to possession with intent to distribute Oxycodone. Steele was arrested on November 17, 2011 after deputies with the Cabell County Sheriff's Department responded to a robbery complaint at the Super 8 Motel in Huntington and seized 1,379 Oxycodone tablets and a .38 caliber revolver found in a room Steele had rented. Steele admitted he intended to sell the Oxycodone tablets in Mingo County. He faces up to 20 years in prison and a $1 million fine when sentenced August 20th.
