Lincoln County Man Going On Trial
- {Charleston, West Virginia}...Jury selection is set for 9:00 A.M. Wednesday in U.S. District Court in Charleston for 61 year old James Matheny of Midkiff, who is charged with assault on a federal officer with a deadly weapon. Matheny was arrested February 28th after allegedly pulling out a gun and threatening to kill an FBI agent and an investigator with the Secretary of State's Office who, at the time, were trying to talk with Matheny about the 2010 primary election voter fraud case in Lincoln County.
