{Huntington, West Virginia}...Robert K. Pemberton, 27, of Chesapeake, Ohio, pleaded guilty Monday in federal court in Huntington to distribution of heroin. Pemberton admitted that, on March 21, 2011, he distributed a quantity of heroin to a confidential informant working with the Drug Enforcement Administration Task Force in Huntington and that he distributed heroin for at least two other associates from January 2011 through March 2011. Pemberton faces up to 20 years in prison and a $1 million fine when sentenced August 20th.
