Charleston Man Sentenced
{Charleston, West Virginia}...Twenty-five year old Bernie Lamb of Charleston was sentenced to 30 months in prison Wednesday. Lamb pleaded guilty to being a felon in possession of a firearm in December. Two outstanding arrest warrants were issued for Lamb on August 15, 2011. Charleston police officers found Lamb on the front porch of a city home and arrested him after Lamb told them he had a .38 caliber pistol and an extra magazine of ammunition in his waistband. Lamb was convicted in November 2007 in Kanawha County Circuit Court of felony wanton endangerment involving a firearm.
