{Hurricane, West Virginia}...Former Hurricane City Councilman Scott Cunningham faces charges of soliciting a minor by computer that could, if convicted, get him sentenced to up to 20 years in prison. A trooper linked Cunningham's phone to text messages discussing oral sex with a 13 year old girl from February to late May. Cunningham claimed he would never do what he allegedly talked about doing. The case has been sent to the Putnam County Grand Jury.
