{Charleston, West Virginia}...Wednesday afternoon, Ernest Lyle Young Jr. of Handley pleaded guilty to second-degree murder in the June 2011 killing of 81 year old Wilfred Naylor. Deputies say Young fatally beat Naylor with an old-style police club at his home off Kelley's Creek Road. Young could face up to 40 years in prison when sentenced on August 29th. Prosecutors are recommending he be sentenced to 20 years. Naylor was a retired federal police officer at the Pentagon.
