{Charleston, West Virginia}...Charles March has been indicted on murder and concealment of deceased human body in connection with the death of Kathy Goble. Goble went missing in April 2010, but her remains were not found until May 2012. March has admitted to strangling Goble at his home on Ohio Avenue in Chesapeake two years ago and then dismembering her body and burying her remains in a shallow grave at his home. March and Kathy both worked at Kelley’s Mens Shop in Charleston. March is expected to be arraigned on the charges on August 10th.
