{Charleston, West Virginia}...Fifty-six year old Charles Shamblin of Paint Creek was arraigned in Kanawha Circuit Court Monday on sexual assault charges, including incest, sexual abuse, and sexual assault. State Police say Shamblin abused his daughter for more than 10 years and DNA samples show Shamblin fathered her three children. Shamblin pleaded not guilty to the charges and a competency evaluation has been ordered. Shamblin's trial has been scheduled for October 15th.
