{Sissonville, West Virginia}...A Kanawha County Sheriff's Deputy pulled over a vehicle in Sissonville about 1:40 P.M. Sunday, and, while police were preparing to tow the vehicle, which did not have registration, they found materials used to make methamphetamine, along with a loaded syringe that tested positive for methamphetamine and another loaded syringe and a glass pipe with white residue. Michael Tyler Lanham and Brittany Blake Cooper, both 22 and also of Sissonville, and Ronnie Dean Boucher, 49, of Charleston, were arrested and charged with operating or attempting to operate a meth lab.Sunday, July 22, 2012
