State Police in Lincoln County arrested 32 year old Greg Justice of Sumerco Thursday morning and charged him with first-degree murder in the death of 29 year old Daniel Cook, also of Sumerco, after Cook's body was found around 9:30 P.M. Wednesday night in a creek along Laurel Fork Road. According to the criminal complaint, Justice took Cook to a secured area on Laurel Fork Road last Friday and shot him with a .22 caliber rifle.
