Man Charged In Child's Death

{Jonben, West Virginia}...Charles W. Wickline, 45, of Jonben, in Raleigh County, has been arrested and charged with child neglect resulting in death after allegedly backing over a 13-month-old boy he was supposed to be babysitting. The accident happened just before 4:00 P.M. Thursday at Wickline's home on Bacontown Road in Jonben. The child was taken to Raleigh General Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
