Bayer CropScience Issues "WARN" Notice

{Institute, West Virginia}...Bayer CropScience issued a "WARN" notice Monday saying they are permanently ceasing all operations at several production units at the Institute plant and will terminate most employees who work there. The first phase of terminations will begin on September 7th and will continue throughout 2012. These are part of the planned terminations the company announced last year when they said they will quit making aldicarb.
