{St. Albans, West Virginia}...Police were called to a home along MacCorkle Avenue in St. Albans about midnight Sunday after a mother noticed her 13 year old son had stolen her prescription medication. Just two hours later, the woman's neighbor, 52 year old Darrell Frye, was awakened by dogs barking and noticed the teen was hiding in his garden with a lantern stolen from his basement. Frye chased the juvenile, and the teen cut his leg when he jumped into a creek and was unable to get away.
