{Huntington, West Virginia}...Arteria M. Evans, 32, of Huntington, has pleaded guilty to maintaining a residence for the distribution of crack cocaine, admitting that, between December 2008 and August 6, 2009, she permitted several known people to store and sell crack cocaine from her home. Evans faces up to 20 years in prison and a $1 million fine when sentenced October 15th.
