{Charleston, West Virginia}...Angela Nichols pleaded guilty Monday to four counts of credit card fraud and one count of forgery. Police say Nichols, her husband Charles Burns and Roy McMillion broke into several cars in Charleston, took credit cards and then used them in 14 counties.
