{Buckhannon, West Virginia}...Twenty-eight year old Jesse Lee Heater, 32 year old Rodolfo Villagomez Correa, both of Buckhannon, and 30 year old Robert Eugene Siron of Weston have been charged with first-degree murder. Police say they fatally stabbed and shot 29 year old Joshua Richard Oberg. Police began investigating the disappearance of Oberg when he did not return to his home in the Buckhannon area of Upshur County on January 23rd. Witnesses say Oberg was last seen in a vehicle with Heater and Siron. A confidential informant told police this week that Heater admitted he and Siron attacked and killed Oberg and hid his body along Bull Run Road in Upshur County. Police went to the area Tuesday and discovered Oberg's skeletal remains in a shallow grave. Police determined Correa paid Heater to kill Oberg. Heater then shared the money with Siron for assisting in the attack.
