{Huntington, West Virginia}...Police have arrested and charged 43 year old Jerry Blake with two counts of wanton endangerment and one count domestic assault. Police say, about 8:30 A.M. Tuesday morning, Blake walked into Cabell Huntington Hospital's 20th Street Professional Building and went to a second-floor office area, where his estranged wife works, threatened to shoot her and then fired one shot from a handgun nearly hitting her and a co-worker. After the shooting, Blake went back to his home on Cedar Street, where a standoff with police occurred. After a short standoff with police, Blake came out on the porch of his house with a rifle.
