{Charleston, West Virginia}...Nutragenomics, LLC, a Georgia company, has agreed to a plea deal that bans them from selling bath salts to West Virginia residents. Nutragenomics sells chemical compounds that come in white or brown powders that are marketed as bath salts, plant food or incense. Attorneys with the state Attorney General's office says they are simply the chemicals banned by the state legislature in 2011 with slight changes. In the agreement, Nutragenomics also agrees to put disclaimers on their numerous web sites that they do not sell to West Virginia customers. They are also ordered to provide a list of their West Virginia customers since January 2008.
