Sharon Flanagan of Inwood, West Virginia was charged Monday with homicide in the drowning death of her 2 year old son, Steven Flanagan, who died July 6th after being found unconscious in a bathtub inside a Pittsburgh hotel room July 1st. Flanagan has been in custody since July 2nd. Police say she gave inconsistent accounts of the incident, telling detectives the boy slipped while swimming in the tub. She then said she tried to pull him out, but he became stuck.
