{Charleston, West Virginia}...John Edward Hudson of Ashford has been indicted on first degree murder charges in the death of 39 year old Michelle Gillespie and grand larceny. Police say that, in Jauuary, Hudson shot Gillespie in the head at a home on Shorty Road just off Winifrede Hollow in Kanawha County and then stole her vehicle and fled. Hudson had been staying with Gillespie and her boyfriend, Mark Southern. Southern returned home from work and found Gillespie's body several hours after she died. An investigator made contact with Hudson and convinced him to come to Charleston and turn himself in. An arraignment is set for August 30th.Friday, July 27, 2012
