{Charleston, West Virginia}...The Kanawha County Solid Waste Authority says you can drop off food that has gone bad because of the power outages at a number of sites in Kanawha County through Friday.
The sites are located at:
Clendenin Park and Ride
Elkview Middle School
Cabin Creek Cleanup Site behind the Go Mart
Alum Creek Volunteer Fire Department - Sand Plant Site
Aldersgate United Methodist Church Parking Lot
The following cities have also set up sites:
The City of St. Albans - 8th Street Municipal Building
Nitro - Library Parking Lot across from Nitro Pool
The locations will be open from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. You can only drop off spoiled food at the locations.
