{Beckley, West Virginia}...Police have stepped up patrols on U.S. 19 in four West Virginia counties in an effort to get drunken and impaired drivers off the road. Operation Sting 19 began Wednesday and runs through Saturday in Raleigh, Fayette, Nicholas and Braxton counties. City, county and state law enforcement agencies will participate in the enforcement effort.
